All quotes are valid for 30 days from issue. A formal project agreement will be provided before any work commences, detailing scope, deliverables, timeline, and payment schedule.
Upon full payment, clients receive a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use all delivered video assets. CastPathSage retains the right to display work in portfolios and case studies unless a confidentiality clause is agreed in writing.
Our total liability for any claim arising from a project shall not exceed the fees paid for that specific project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
